My long time crafty friend, Melissa, and I have always discussed the possibility of having our own crafty business. What that meant to us??? We weren’t exactly sure. We had the potential to invest in a local artsy business but nothing really ever panned out. We were also not sure how much time would need to be invested up front and how we might manage that with our existing day jobs. We ended up putting the idea on the back burner but it was always quietly smoldering.
Rather than just continue to make crafts we don’t know what to do with and dream/wonder what would happen if we gave it a go…..we offically decided to start our own crafty business this year! We have pretty low bar goals of just getting accepted to a couple of craft fairs and attempt to at least make back the money we’ve invested. We are so excited and having a ton of fun just getting ourselves organized!

We just got (last minute) word that the Berthoud Spring Craft Fair had an opening and we jumped that the opportunity! We will be having our very first event on April 15th at the Berthoud Recreation Center! We will be there slinging our crafts from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Come by to shop local artisans and vendors and maybe find some fun things for Mom for Mother’s Day!

This is so exciting! I am thrilled you and Mel are going to share your authentic artistic flair with the community around you and beyond!
Woot!!! We (Jenni and I) are making a plan to come check it out!Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
